Python Library Manager 2.0

Welcome to the new Python Library manager 2, this project improves in every way on its previous version, makes navigation simpler, better options, more accessibility and a new list of recommended libraries to download and their respective link to the documentation. This new version improves a lot in the performance section, having many more options, more content and better graphic appearance in many fewer lines of code! It is very optimized because I spent hours seeing what I could eliminate to make it lighter. Now enjoy! I hope you find it useful.
